This year for our Community Day Project we are selling baked potatoes to the Manchester Staff at lunch time. Yummy! The response has been enthusiastic, so we've already sold tons (almost literally, tons) of spuds! Students have learned how to prepare and bake the potatoes, as well as how to sell the potatoes. Later we will have some economics lessons and use graphing to track our progress. Finally,we will donate the proceeds from the sales to Relay For Life.
