WELCOME!

Welcome to our fourth grade classroom at Manchester School!  There are 23 energetic students in our room this year. 

Students are well on the way toward mastering the basic mathematical skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.  Several learners have earned their certificates in multiplication and division already.  Algebra and probability are new topics.

The third quarter also brings an intensive focus on word processing skill building.  Our "Type to Learn" program will allow each child to progress at his or her level.

Students are continuing to keep track of each book read during this fourth grade year.  While several books are read during the school day, students must also be responsible for choosing and reading books for free reading selections, book reports, and reading for pleasure.
