Students enrolled in our program receive a high level of support and guidance as they make the transition into college. Participants attend classes together and receive supplemental instruction from academic coaches.

We provide the following:

 And remember that your local Adult Education program has additional support services as well. We offer Individualized Career Advising to help you select a course of study to align with your interests and values. We also offer Accuplacer placement testing to ensure individuals are ready for for college level English and math classes. If your Accuplacer results are lower than you'd hoped, we can help you raise your score. And if you need to enroll in additional coursework before you enroll in college level English or math, we offer college preparation classes to help ensure your success. These courses are nearly identical to SMCC's ENG 080, ENG 090, MAT 020, or MAT 050 and allow individuals to save approximately $250 per class!  For more information about any of these services, contact your local adult education program:
