Raymond will now use the Zero-sort method for gathering recyclables.

WHAT'S NEW
AT RES
EVERYONE AT RES HAD FUN ON TWIN DAY!
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL RES STUDENTS WHO SHARED THEIR GYMNASTIC SKILLS AT OUR JANUARY OPENING. Mrs. Leesa Smith, our physical education teacher, did an outstanding job coordinating the gymnastic demonstrations to a packed house of students, staff and parents. Thank you, Mrs. Smith, for your great work!

The granite sculpture in front of the Raymond Elementary School, often referred to as The Egg, was
selected in 2000 as part of the Percent for Art program for our new
school. Auciello Stone of Warren, Maine created this piece of art
titled "The Child Within". This work represents Raymond's environment
and geography and highlights the values that are essential to our
school. We invite you to take a look at this wonderful sculpture when
you visit RES.
