No Child Left Behind
School and District Report Cards
The federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 requires that all states, school districts, and schools to provide annual report cards to parents and communities. Each report card contains data about state assessments, attendance and graduation rates, status of adequate yearly progress (AYP), and information about "highly qualified" teachers. The data for the report cards in the links below were generated from data that was collected during the 2008-2009 school year.
The report cards are made available to the public by the followings methods
1. On the district web-site, www.windhamraymondschools.org/NCLBreportcard
2. Televised presentation to the Windham Raymond School Committee each October
3. The link - A newsletter sent to all households in Windham and in Raymond
Report cards for the 2009-2010 school year will reflect the new Regional School Unit Configuration.
Windham Raymond School District
Annual Achievement Report
The Annual Achievement report is designed to provide accurate and timely information for parents, staff, district leadership, community members, and school board members as to the progress that the district and school have made towards meeting the needs of students. When possible, historical information and comparison data is included. This will allow the reader to identify achievement trends over time. In addition, this report seeks to highlight the multiple initiatives that are occurring across the district to improve the programming offered to students.
